At Code Black Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer returns on hardware and replacements for quality-compromised coffee within 14 days of purchase.

Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.
Assessment
For coffee quality concerns, provide the batch number and roast date found on the back of the bag for our quality control review.
Shipping
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; for non-perishable hardware returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag immediately.
