How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches daily at our local facility. Every bag is marked with a roast date and features a one-way valve to preserve peak flavor profile during transit.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically processed and shipped the same business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your coffee leaves our roastery.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans. You can choose your favorite blend, set the delivery frequency, and save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. Code Black Coffee works directly with farmers and reputable importers to ensure fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and the highest quality specialty-grade beans.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Espresso, Filter, or French Press brewing methods.
